Lost Books (User's Guide):
RT Computer will not replace the User's Guide to any Version D software.
(Version D products are clearly marked "Version D on the CD's and User's Guides).
The README file on the CD contains all the information in the User's Guide, as well as a printable visual index and complete documentation for all aspects of using your RT Collection. If you lose the guide, open the README file and print out a new visual index and any instructions you require.
For all non-Version D clip art products, RT will supply a replacement to the User's Guide, once, to registered users, for $15 US inclusive of shipping.
Lost and Damaged Collection CD's:
RT Computer will replace damaged CD's according to the terms of the Limited Warranty found in the printed Clip Art License Agreement which you received when you purchased the Collection.
Should you lose any Collection CD, RT will replace the entire Collection with the latest version of that Collection, for $30 US, plus shipping/handling of $5 US in the U.S. and Canada, or $10 US to anywhere else.
